Booking

Yes! Most of our safari and trekking departures are small-group joins. Solo travelers pay a small single supplement only if they want a private room/tent.
100% yes. Every itinerary can be tailored — change duration, hotels, activities, or combine destinations. Just reach out via any of our contact options.
General
Most nationalities need an e-Visa (US$51). Apply online at evisa.go.ke at least 7 days before travel.
Yes, tourist areas are very safe. We only use experienced driver-guides, stay in secure lodges, and monitor security daily.
Payment
Bank transfer (USD/EUR/GBP), Wise, credit card (Visa/MasterCard +3.5% fee), PayPal (+4%), and M-Pesa for Kenyan residents.
30% non-refundable deposit to confirm booking. Balance due 45 days before arrival (or full payment for bookings within 45 days).
90+ days: full refund minus deposit 60–89 days: 50% refund 30–59 days: 25% refund Less than 30 days: no refund (unless we resell the spots)
Yes. We use encrypted bank transfers and Stripe/PayPal for cards. We never store card details.
